- We set up and send your HTML emails (ie. including images and layout) and/or text emails. And we do a hybrid of these called 'multipart' emails, which means your delegates see HTML emails if their software supports it, but plain text if it doesn't.
- We'll send personalised emails. Be as personal as you dare! The more specific it is to your delegate, the more likely they are to read and respond. Personalisation might include inviting the delegate to a specific event based on her location, or a personalised itinerary in her joining instructions.
- We'll handle the responses, or direct them automatically to you if you prefer.
- This service can be used for teasers, invitations, chasers, joining instructions, reminders and feedback forms.
SMS Services
SMS text messaging is a useful way to remind your delegates about your event, thanking them for attending, or if you don't need to capture much data from them you can even use it as a way for them to register.
We now offer a personalised, cost effective outbound SMS service suitable for contacting any number of delegates. This is complemented by a managed inbound SMS response collection service.
