When you're busy organising an event, constant queries from delegates can take a lot of time out of your day. To give you back this time, Dataflow offer delegate help lines to take those day-to-day queries from you whilst still giving that 'human touch' to your event.

Inbound enquiries

With the latest database at our fingers tips, we offer delegates a great service too, so they're confident that their registration is completed and all their requirements acknowledged. Our friendly staff are fully trained to know your event inside out, primed with the answers to common questions and the know-how to deal with more complicated enquiries.

Your event is given a dedicated telephone number, so that calls are answered with your company or event name. Plus a dedicated email will be set up if so delegates can contact us outside opening hours if they need to.

Flexibility

We even offer packages that suit your event and budget with full time help lines for larger events, and part time lines for when you expect fewer enquiries. When lines are closed, there is always an answerphone, with a message personalised to your event.

Outbound calling

What if you suddenly find that you need additional information from delegates? Or you need to ensure that all delegates are fully aware of a change? Our outbound calling service is great not only for chasing up late responders, but also for those last minute issues that really need individual communication.
