Getting a true understanding of how an event can be improved can only be done through delegate feedback. However, in the past, collecting and reporting feedback data has been expensive and time consuming.
This was the past. Now Dataflow offers a fast and accurate range of services to make feedback gathering not only quick but cost effective.

These services include:
- Form creation - Provide us with your list of questions and we'll design a form that is well laid out and easy to complete.
- Online or Offline - We can host your form online so that your delegates can fill it in via the web, or provide a paper copy for them to complete at their leisure.
- Rapid data input - We've invested in the latest scanning technology and software which 'reads' scanned forms and turns them into data for analysis. The system can process up to 1500 pages per hour, so it can even be used on site, eg canvas delegates for 'hot issues' in the morning before the main plenary, and tailor your presentations to cover these issues in the afternoon.
- Interactive reporting - Your delegates' feedback is available for viewing immediately after scanning or web entry. Dataflow's ReportEngine gives you the flexibility to interact with the data to answer specific questions. For example,
- 'Of the people who thought the event was below average, how many thought the venue was below average?'
- 'Which delegates from Sales gave a negative response to the question about our future prospects, and what reasons did they give?'
- Reported data can be exported to Excel or various other formats for your own analysis, or for including in your management reports and presentations.
