Choosing the right communication tool for your audience

Post and Fax Communications

Invitations and joining instructions

If you prefer to communicate with your delegates with 'hard copy' correspondence, we can help. Services on offer are;

  • Data merge of your letter, registration forms and joining instructions, so all communications are personalised.
  • Fulfilment (printing, folding, inserting) of items to be posted
  • Despatch on our Royal Mail account or yours.

We pride ourselves on delivering this service with attention to detail and accuracy.

Personalised fax broadcasting (aka 'bulk faxing') services are also available on request.

Registration by fax or post

If you ask us to suggest the best way to register delegates in response to an event brief, in 90% of cases we'll include web registration in our proposal. However there are cases when using older technology such as fax, post and phone actually make more sense. Such cases are;

  • Where the target audience, or a subset of the target audience, does not have regular web access. Bank staff, retail staff and the grey market are examples of this.
  • Smaller one-off events, where the target number of attendees doesn't warrant the cost of developing a web site for the event.

In these cases, we won't be shy in recommending the best alternatives to you. In some cases we may recommend giving delegates the choice of fax, post or web registration. In any of these scenarios you can still enjoy the benefit of our live data reporting.
