Post-Event Questionnaires

To determine the quality of the guest event experience, a post-event question is a vital tool.  These can be set up to be sent automatically to all guests who attended, 24 hours after the event.

Included in this arrangement will be:

  • A post-event email that can be sent either manually or automatically
  • A single generic questionnaire with up to 15 questions
  • Response options of:
    • Radio selection
    • Range of 1-5
  • A single ‘general comments’ free text box
  • A report providing the response selections
